Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Corporate Grind OOO. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order processing time 

 

• All products are made to order. 

• Most orders are processed and sent to production within 2–3 business days. 

• During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you using the email address you provided at checkout. 

 

"Business days" means Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. 

 

2. Shipping destinations 

 

• We currently ship to the countries and regions listed at checkout. 

• If your address is not accepted at checkout, please contact us at corporategrindooo@gmail.com and we'll confirm whether we can ship to your location. 

 

3. Shipping methods & costs 

 

• Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on: 

  - Destination address 

  - Number of items in your order 

  - Carrier rates 

• You'll see the available options and total shipping cost before you complete your purchase. 

 

4. Estimated delivery times 

 

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, typical delivery times are: 

 

• Domestic (within the United States): usually 3–8 business days 

• International: timing varies by destination, but is typically 7–21 business days 

 

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as: 

• Carrier delays 

• Customs processing 

• Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control 

 

5. Order tracking 

 

• When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where available). 

• It may take some time for tracking information to update after the label is created, depending on the carrier and destination. 

 

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at corporategrindooo@gmail.com with your order number. 

 

6. Customs, duties, and taxes (for international orders) 

 

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your local government. 

• These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility. 

• Customs policies vary widely. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 

 

7. Incorrect addresses, undeliverable packages & orders marked as delivered  

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship orders to the exact address provided by you at the time of purchase. 

 

7.1 Incorrect or incomplete addresses 

 

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address (including missing apartment or suite numbers), refusal, or failure to pick up the parcel: 

 

• The carrier may return the package to our print partner. 

• Once the item is returned and scanned back into the system, we can usually reship the order to a corrected address, but: 

  - An additional shipping fee will apply, and 

  - In some cases, a new production charge may also apply if the original item is not recoverable. 

 

If you prefer not to reship, we'll review options with you, which may include a partial refund (less original shipping and any non-recoverable costs). 

 

We are not able to offer a free replacement or refund when an incorrect address was provided at checkout. 

 

7.2 Orders marked as "delivered" but not received 

 

If the tracking information for your order shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please: 

 

1. Check with other members of your household. 

2. Look around your property (porch, mailbox, side doors, lobby, parcel room, or with building management/concierge). 

3. Check with neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong door. 

4. Contact the carrier (using your tracking number) to see if they can confirm: 

   - The specific location the package was left, and 

   - Whether a delivery photo or additional notes are available. 

 

If you still cannot locate the package after completing the steps above, email us at corporategrindooo@gmail.com with your order number and a brief summary of what you've already checked. 

 

We'll review the situation with you and, where appropriate, may offer a solution such as a paid replacement at a discount, store credit, or another option at our discretion. Because these cases can involve carrier errors or local issues (such as theft after delivery), we're unable to guarantee a free replacement in every situation. 

 

8. Damaged or defective items on arrival 

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error: 

 

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at corporategrindooo@gmail.com. 

• Include: 

  - Your order number 

  - A description of the issue 

  - Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage 

 

We'll review and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other solution in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

 

9. Changes or cancellations 

 

Because our products are made to order, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. 

 

9.1 Standard (non-customized) products 

 

If you need to change or cancel a non-customized order (for example, change size, color, or shipping address): 

 

• Please email us at corporategrindooo@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. 

• If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update or cancel it. 

• If your order has already entered production or been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, any solution (such as a discounted replacement) will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and is at our discretion. 

 

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel a standard order once it has been submitted but contacting us quickly gives the best chance. 

 

9.2 Custom or personalised products (future offering) 

 

For custom or personalised products (for example, items with custom text, names, or other bespoke design elements): 

 

• All sales are final once the order has been submitted. 

• We are not able to accept changes or cancellations for custom or personalised items after checkout, except where there is a clear production error or defect covered under our Return & Refund Policy. 

 

Please carefully review all spelling, sizing, and design details before placing an order for any custom or personalised product.
